Welcome to the Vibrational Academy of Sound Training (VAST)
Each course that the Vibrational Academy of Sound Therapy (VAST) offers is an inspiring, spiritual and magical journey through sound, resonance and vibration. All our vibrational sound courses incorporate innovative techniques and diverse methods of delivering sound as a way of healing and restoration. Our sound courses are empowering, super fun, and emphasize how to use the Gong and other sound healing instruments, such as crystal and Tibetan Singing Bowls.
During the training, you will deepen your understanding and experience with the Gong in a professional, fun and experimental way while developing spiritual connectivity with this "Cosmic Sound Resonator." Our courses will build a solid foundation consisting of playing techniques and listening skills to help you enter into an active state of mindfulness, self-awareness and meditation. You will soon discover playing the Gong, and all other sound instruments, will elicit clear states of consciousness and facilitate authentic personal and spiritual insight. As you progress with this training, you will begin to delve into the qualities of "holding space that is sacred, healing and filled with harmonious resonance." We will be teaching how to play different types of Gongs, Tibetan and Crystal Singing Bowls, Chimes, Rainsticks, and other sound healing instruments to provide an inspiring, enriched, and well-rounded learning experience. There will be adequate 'free time' to process information and to have one’s own ‘me time' to experience the variety of Gongs and other healing instruments. And, don’t forget to have fun!
