Sleep is where the magic happens.
Your body repairs itself, your brain consolidates memories, your immune system resets, and your metabolism balances out.
But here's what I see most: people sacrificing sleep for "productivity" and wondering why they feel terrible.
You can't out-exercise a bad sleep routine. You can't out-nutrition your way past insomnia. Sleep is the foundation.
If you're struggling to sleep, save this post and try ONE of these this week:
• Same bedtime every night (yes, weekends too)
• No screens 1 hour before bed
• Cool, dark room
• Magnesium-rich foods at dinner
