Nemo's Journey, LLC Yoga Movements for First Responders Yoga was introduced to me during a major turning point in my life. As my practice deepened, my corporate career grew shallow.

What began as just something to do transformed into an incredible source of therapy for navigating my way through the turbulence of life. While I contemplated a new direction, tragedy struck, and my direction became clear. I created Nemo's Journey, LLC, researched and studied the physical and mental effects that a career as a First Responder can induce, and how a consistent yoga practice can ease those effects.
