It’s and during my run, I started thinking about a few mental health hacks that work for me. Here are my top 3️⃣
▫️Getting outside for fresh air and clearing my mind.
▫️This can be hard but leaning on my village when life is telling me that I can’t do it all by myself.
▫️Giving myself permission to slow down and reset when I need it.
