I used to think branding was just a logo. Then I built one that managed Airbnbs, told stories, and got me on stage.

Now? Branding is the reason people trust me before we even speak.

2 months ago, I had the honor of speaking about branding, real estate, and content, and why your brand isn’t just how you look, it’s how people remember you when you’re not in the room.

Here are 3 branding principles I believe that every business/content creator is required to have:

1) People buy people before they buy your service. Stop hiding—your face is your brand.

2) Consistency beats all. The same message, the same energy, for years, across all platforms = trust.

3) Content is your digital handshake. If your content doesn’t teach your audience something, you lose clients you never met.

My mission this year: speak on 3 more stages (big or small) and empower more entrepreneurs to build brands that build their business.

You won’t believe how this deal almost fell apart…

But what happened next turned into a $10,500 win (and counting).

It started with a property we secured $70,000 under asking.

Sounds like a steal, right? Until we uncovered the real condition…

Septic problems. And a listing that didn’t do it any favors.

Most people would’ve backed out.
We doubled down.

Cleaned it up. Built a real strategy. Redesigned, added amenities, Launched it on Airbnb just a few days ago…

Already booked $10,500 in reservations—including a $3,500 stay right out the gate.

The lesson: Rocky deals can still print cash when you’ve got the right people in your corner.
