🚨 Feeling lightheaded, shaky, anxious, or fatigued - even when you’re eating well?
You might be experiencing unexpected blood sugar crashes - and the reason why may surprise you.
Here are 4 often-overlooked triggers that can crash your blood sugar FAST (even if you think you’re doing everything right):

1️⃣ Exercise – Active muscles burn up glucose fast. If you train fasted or skip a pre-workout snack, your levels can dip too low.
2️⃣ Alcohol – Your liver gets so busy processing alcohol that it puts glucose regulation on hold—setting you up for a crash later.
