My “Why” for joining GCG

I prayed for God to show me what it is He wants me to do so I can financially support our family. I am now a mother of 6 children. 4 I gave birth to and 2 that I was blessed with as well. God knew I would be passionate about this company for many reasons. So when my friend Will (that I grew up with from the beach) told me about GCG and my friend Brittany (that I coached years ago) posted about a job opportunity with a new company, I decided to check into it more. I started researching more and more and the more I read, the more “signs from God” I was seeing!

You see, my Dad, my cousin, my best friend Brandy and I are all cancer survivors. We all had different types of cancer. But we won! Sadly, I lost all 4 of my grandparents to cancer. My Mom is still currently fighting cancer and she’s been fighting it for 14 years so I consider that a Win! So why mention cancer? I have read many testimonies that CBD can help! Now I can help others by providing a safe and local CBD products on my website and they can order and have it delivered right to their door.

My sister was Bipolar. She fought anxiety, addiction and depression. Sadly we lost my sister on May 4th, 2017. She is a HUGE WHY I feel lead to promote this and make it a career to help others! Helping others is all she ever wanted to do. She had a beautiful and kind soul and she loved people and animals. Many have claimed that CBD oil can help with all of these. There are many articles on the internet stating that they are using CBD for the treatment of opioid addiction. Sadly I live in a county that is ranked #1 in the state for opioid related deaths. I humbly pray our company and our products can help with this serious problem and these loved ones can be saved.

I love farmers! I grew up helping my grandparents on their farm or their friends farms. We need more of that here! With that said we should always support our local farmers! “The Green Compass Founders started as licensed participants in North Carolina’s Industrial H**p Pilot Research Program. It didn’t take long for them to realize how important this crop was going to be to so many people. We have a special mission to further support North Carolina farmers, distributing h**p seeds to local farmers, teaching them how to grow the crop to our standards, and buying their produce.” So let’s show our local farmers your support by buying from us instead of the local convivence stores where we do not know where exactly the plants are grown and processed.
