Ladies, there are two things you're going to HAVE to do to get rid it... One is being mindful of what you eat. The other thing is engaging your core CONSISTENTLY! Here is my "testimony": I do both and now my tummy area is as close to flat as it's ever been! And, I have had TWO c-sections. If I can do it, ANYONE can! I believe this exercise has played a KEY role. Let me know whatcha think.
