To my fellow TikTok’ers… my feed is filled with conversations on Black women, weight and health. It’s getting serious over there.

I’m really curious about what this group thinks. I know we aren’t all Black women, but that can make the (difficult and uncomfortable) conversation rich.

Why are more and more Black women and young girls not prioritizing health and wellness?

I’ve been a therapist for a long time. I’ve treated hundreds of women. There has been a common theme: most women, especially moms, don’t prioritize their own wellness. I KNOW that my calling is to help women DO better in this area. I would LOVE to walk hand-in-hand with you to help you do just that… take steps towards prioritizing your wellness. Wellness coaching is amazing and I would love to spend 15, maybe 30, minutes connecting with you about how your life can change.
