“Mental toughness isn’t something you’re born with—it’s something you build, one choice at a time.

Let go of the all-or-nothing mindset and focus on what you can control each day. A missed workout or a skipped meal prep doesn’t mean it’s over. It’s about how you bounce back and keep going.

Find your accountability—whether it’s a friend, a coach, or even writing down your goals—and lean on it when you need support.
