Let go of the all-or-nothing mindset and focus on what you can control each day. A missed workout or a skipped meal prep doesn’t mean it’s over. It’s about how you bounce back and keep going.

Find your accountability—whether it’s a friend, a coach, or even writing down your goals—and lean on it when you need support.

Yesterday my beautiful daughter married a wonderful man - kind, loving, and understanding. So funny, too!

It was such a magical day. While we sat together with her best friend and maid of honor, I couldn’t be more prouder than I was that moment. She organized everything…the details were amazing. She kept saying, I got it Mom and she did. She had every detailed laid out.

As visions of her growing up crossed my mind as she stood there saying her vows, I was overwhelmed with emotions. Held my tears for later because I couldn’t mess up my professional makeup! 😊
