Be mindful of what you feed your body. Gut health can be linked to skin health. Eat fruits, veggies, lean meats and drink lots of water. Limit: sugar intake(can exacerbate acne), caffeine(dehydrates the skin and encourages dryness and wrinkles) and alcohol(robs the body from absorbing vitamins and minerals).

Mild acne can be diminished with professional treatments and a consistent home care routine. Cleanse, tone, moisturize twice a day. Add in spot treatment as needed and spf during the day. Order products online for healthy and protected skin. It begins with you.
