Be Yourself. Show Up. Heal Well.
In this work, I’ve learned that the best therapists don’t try to be perfect — they show up real, present, and human. The same is true for clients.

Find what feeds your soul. Laugh often. Rest when needed. Healing is possible when we stop pretending and start being.
