It always does the body good when we take the time to detox and cleanse it. It positions us to transition into a healthy mindset to care for ourselves. Your body will appreciate it. It's like changing the oil in your car, if you don't do it the car will shut down and/or refuse to work properly so our bodies will do the same (health issues).
