5 Tips To Create An Effective Workout Routine | Single Mom Edition

1.) Define what you specifically want to work on in your exercise routine (Legs, Arms, Back, etc)

2.) How will you measure the improvements of your exercise routine? (Ex. Exercise journal, fitness tracker, weigh-ins)

3.) Think about results that are achievable & realistic to obtain (Is it possible to incorporate it into your life & challenges you?)

4.) Find your why for exercise (Do you want to feel less sluggish/tired, do you want to have more energy to play your son/daughter, do you want to feel good in your clothes, etc.)

5.) How much time can you put forth to exercise? (The American Heart Association recommends 150 minutes/2.5 hours of moderate intensity aerobic exercise per week!)
