7-Day Self-Love & Gratitude Challenge
Starting February 7th, I’m inviting you to take a moment each day to focus on gratitude. The only thing you need to do is write down three things you’re grateful for related to self-love—whether it’s your growth, your resilience, your body, or the people who pour into you.
Simple, but powerful. By the end of the week, take a moment to reflect: Has anything shifted? Has gratitude opened new doors, softened your heart, or deepened your self-love?
