Our team is taking big steps in our efforts to find solutions for sickle cell disease patients.🩸

We're thrilled to announce Atrium Health Levine Cancer has been selected as a Sickle Cell Disease (SCD) Research Network Council Site by the American Society of Hematology.

💡 So, what does this mean?
This gives our team a platform to participate in pivotal clinical studies in the field of sickle cell disease. We'll also be joining the national patient and family advisory council to help shape research priorities across the country.

Sickle cell disease is a life-threatening blood disorder with very limited treatment options. Being a part of this network means we're working towards better outcomes and earlier access to research therapies that can change lives.
