Please join us in congratulating Dr. Tricia White on her retirement after an extraordinary 39-year career in medicine.

Dr. White’s legacy includes founding the North Carolina Albert Schweitzer Fellowship, serving as Assistant Dean of the UNC School of Medicine Charlotte Campus, and teaching medical students and residents for over two decades. She has provided care to medically underserved communities, offered full-scope OB and prenatal care, and mentored countless healthcare professionals along the way.

We’ve been honored to have her as part of our team at Davidson Family Medicine, where she has made a lasting impact on patients, staff, and our community.

Thank you, Dr. White, for your service, leadership, and unwavering compassion. Wishing you all the best in this next chapter!

What’s the most important step you can take to improve your heart health? Sarah Shore, FNP, shares her advice:

“The most important step someone can take to improve their heart health is exercise and a healthy diet! The American Heart Association recommends at least 150 minutes of moderate exercise each week. That is about a 20-minute walk each day! Get your body moving and enjoy some fresh air! Pairing that with a well-rounded diet of lean meats and fresh fruits and vegetables will help ensure your heart is happy and healthy for many years to come! Happy Heart Month! Make sure you take time to love yourself!”
