Think postpartum support is just for first-time moms?

👉 Think again 👈

Third-time moms don’t need less support—
they need a different kind.

They’re not just recovering and feeding a newborn…
they’re holding an entire household together.
Multiple kids. Different needs. Zero pause.
And somewhere in all of that—
they still deserve to be cared for, too.

A postpartum doula isn’t about teaching.
It’s about holding the whole season.
Because every mother deserves support—
not just the first time 🤍

Full review 👇🏻🤍

"Galia is incredible! Working with her as we welcomed our third child was one of the best decisions we’ve ever made. She transformed the transition to three from a period of survival into one of genuine enjoyment.

From the nourishing meals she somehow created out of seemingly nothing, to her calming presence, thoughtful advice (for both baby and siblings), and deep expertise—she truly felt like Mary Poppins.

If you have the opportunity to work with Galia postpartum, take it. You won’t regret it."

Tummy time isn’t just “put baby on their belly”—this is real work.
👇🏻
Tummy time, and he’s really working for it 💪
Lifting the head takes effort—those neck and upper body muscles are just starting to wake up.
A little back rub helps him feel where the work is happening and keeps him regulated while he tries.

This is how strength builds: short moments, support, and letting baby know they’re not doing it alone.
👇🏻
Follow baby’s cues, keep it short, and come back to it often—that’s where the progress happens.

This Passover… what does freedom actually look like postpartum?

Freedom looks a little different over here…
It’s not leaving Egypt—
it’s making it from the bed to the couch with a baby in your arms and coffee still warm ☕️
It’s dad going out for groceries and coming back like a hero.
It’s someone else making the meal so you can actually sit and eat it.
It’s asking for help—and receiving it.

This season is about release…
releasing expectations,
releasing pressure,
releasing the idea that you have to do it all.
Because right now, your only job is to heal, to bond, to be.
And maybe… that’s the truest kind of freedom there is 💛
Chag Sameach from the fourth trimester.

Running out of containers is a good thing —
it means there’s enough nourishment to get this new family through the next few days.

Between feedings, recovery, and adjusting to a newborn, food often becomes an afterthought. My goal is to make sure mom doesn’t have to wonder what she’ll eat — because healing requires good food, too.
Supporting families means caring for the small things that make the biggest difference.

Would you love your postpartum fridge to look like this?

Some days, the hardest part of feeding isn’t the feeding itself — it’s not knowing what’s going on...

Some feedings are smooth… others feel like a mystery trying to solve. 🍼
While parents work with their team to figure things out, each successful feeding — like this empty bottle — feels like a little victory. 🏆
The struggle is real, and every family’s journey looks different. You’re doing amazing, even in the in-between. 💛

Have you been through a season where feeding felt unpredictable? Share what helped you through — your story might comfort someone else.✨️

I spy with my little eye… 👀

Mama looking rested, because someone made sure she had time for that.
A fridge full of yummy food, so she’s nourished and smiling.
Big siblings laughing and playing, feeling happy and included.
Our home feeling calm and cozy.

That’s what I see when my mama is cared for by a postpartum doula. 💙

✨ Every mama deserves this kind of care. Ready to feel supported, nourished, and rested in your postpartum? Let’s make it happen together. 💌

Think this is just a sleeping baby? Think again. ✨

What you’re really seeing is a mama finally getting a long, uninterrupted shower — knowing her little one is safe, loved, and cared for. 💛

Postpartum care is about more than the baby. It’s about giving mom the time to rest, recharge, and feel seen while I handle feeding, soothing, and even making nourishing meals and drinks.

Mamas, you don’t have to do it all alone. If you or someone you know could use a helping hand, I’m here to make those first months a little softer.

Some memories are too sweet not to relive 🩷

Yesterday at work, I got to recreate a special one—baby girl who wore her brother’s old onesie, and I just happened to be in the same t-shirt from back then.

One shirt, one onesie, two babies, and a memory that came back to life.

✨ One photo was taken in July 2023, the other in August 2025 … can you tell which is which?
