Speech-Language Pathologist (Rehabilitation) – Prison Hospital Setting
I’m reaching out to share a unique PRN opportunity for a Speech-Language Pathologist interested in providing rehabilitation services in a prison-based hospital setting. This is a meaningful opportunity for someone who values clinical impact, flexible scheduling, and serving a medically underserved population in a secure healthcare setting. Previous experience in medical, rehab, or acute care environments is strongly preferred.
We are seeking an experienced, compassionate SLP to join our team on an as-needed basis to support adult patients with communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders stemming from stroke, TBI, and other medical conditions.
Key Details:
Role: PRN Speech-Language Pathologist
Setting: Correctional Inpatient Hospital
Location: Raleigh, North Carolina
Focus: Adult rehab – neuro, cognitive-linguistic, dysphagia
Licensure: Active NC SLP license required
Schedule: PRN / Flexible days
If you or someone you know may be interested, feel free to respond with your resume or reach out with questions. I’d be happy to provide more information.
Thank you!
