Our Mission
Get paid $10 for completing a quick (5-10 minute) survey about your experiences during the COVID-19 pandemic and about needed resources in the community. You can qualify for the survey if you are between the ages of 18 and 35, identify as African American/Black or Latinx, and live in Mecklenburg County, NC. Community Resources for Empowerment and Wellness (CREW) provides holistic services including mental health wellness and substance use education and support for individuals living with HIV, the LGBTQ+ community, and minority youth. CREW provides aftercare, care coordination, and peer support services as well as HIV and Hepatitis C testing and results. Other available services include pre-treatment counseling and harm-reduction based individual and group substance abuse treatment. Consumers receiving these services may participate in the program for up to 18 months.
