✨ Liberated Black Futures Wellness Week ✨
SOL Nation is proud to partner with Tranquil Quietude, Black Climate Alignment Network, and SoulMed Holistic Health Collaborative for a powerful week of reflection, connection, and collective care.
From May 17–23, 2026, join us for a hybrid experience (virtual + in-person) centered on what it truly means to be well, free, and deeply connected—to ourselves, our communities, and the natural world.
Throughout the week, we’ll explore six dimensions of wellness:
🌿 Physical
🌀 Spiritual
🧠 Emotional & Mental
💰 Financial
🤝 Social
🌍 Environmental
Each day offers space for conversation, storytelling, shared resources, and community gathering—grounded in the belief that personal wellness and collective liberation are deeply intertwined.
This is more than an event—it’s an invitation to imagine and practice liberated futures, together.

Follow Sol Nation , National Black Climate Alignment Network , Tranquil Quietude, LLC and SoulMed Holistic Health Collaborative for the full schedule + ways to participate.

One year ago, I released Roots & Remembrance… a sacred space for honoring love, loss, and healing. 🤍

This journal holds space for your grief while gently guiding you back to yourself.

Today, I reintroduce it with even deeper intention.

If you are grieving, remembering, or learning how to carry both… this is for you.

🕊️ Happy 1-year to a labor of love.

“I have medicine in me. I want to share it."🌿

Those words from a client resonated within me.
I realized: THIS is what I've been trying to verbalize.

Welcome to the home of Tranquil Quietude—a space not just for individual sessions, but thoughtful connections.

Here, you can drop in (when I’m free), share space, or even body double to get things done.

This is a space where we can rest.
Where we witness each other.
Where we don’t carry it alone.
Come feel it. 🤎 The door is open.

Last Sunday’s Reflections & Renewal Circle was a reminder that rest is not a luxury — it is necessary.

We gathered in community to slow down, breathe, and release what we’ve been carrying. In that space, Black women allowed themselves to soften, to be witnessed, and to remember that they deserve care, too.

Renewal begins the moment we give ourselves permission to pause.

I’m deeply grateful to everyone who trusted the space.

Black History Month is a reminder that WE come from greatness.✨️

From freedom fighters to faith keepers.
From artists to activists.
From healers to hustlers.

Our story didn’t start with struggle—and it damn sure doesn’t end there either!✊🏽

We are brilliant. We are worthy. We are powerful.
Let’s celebrate our roots, our resilience, and our right to rest. 🖤✨

Joy is not denial.

Joy is survival.
Joy is medicine.
Joy is how we remember what we’re fighting for.

May you find something that makes you laugh this weekend.

The land remembers.

It remembers footsteps and prayers.
It remembers tears and songs.
It remembers who came before us.

Sometimes the most healing thing we can do is step outside, touch the earth, and remember that we belong here too.

Try to find a moment to go outside today, stand on the land, and breathe. 🌱

A question to sit with this weekend:

When was the last time you rested without feeling guilty about it?

No explaining.
No justifying.
No rushing to be productive again.

Just rest.
JUST BE🌾

Grief doesn’t always look like crying.

Sometimes it looks like being short-tempered.
Sometimes it looks like pulling away.
Sometimes it looks like being tired in a way sleep doesn’t fix.

A lot of us learned to keep going instead of slowing down to feel what hurts.

If you’ve been feeling “off” for a while, it might not be burnout.
It might be grief asking to be seen. 🖤

Sometimes I think Black women don’t realize just how much we carry.

We carry families.
We carry communities.
We carry history.
We carry futures.

And somewhere along the way, we learned that rest was something we had to earn.

Today, I just want to remind you — you don’t.
You are allowed to rest simply because you are human.

If all you do today is breathe and get through the day, that is enough. 🤎
