Excited and grateful for our summer collaboration as guest speakers of Athena’s Path, Michelle Icard’s summer camp series held at various locations throughout Charlotte. GH-C will highlight the important aspects of puberty as part of this empowering middle school camp for girls. Here’s to supporting our girls with real and practical information.

10 tween girls with their 10 amazimg moms shared a fun filled afternoon to talk PUBERTY! We shared the in and outs of puberty, answered lots of thoughtful questions, shared tons of giggles and yes, a few “cringy” moments happened too. This was our hostess’s second party for her middle daughter and we surprised them with our teen daughters who inspired GH-C to join as co-leaders. To share in these conversations twice with our own teens alongside us made it even more special.
