Established to deliver quality healthcare to low income populations in North Carolina, Carolina Complete Health was co-founded by the North Carolina Medical Society (NCMS). Carolina Complete Health is a new Medicaid Managed Care Plan and will provide managed care services and programs to Medicaid recipients in certain areas of North Carolina.
