All of my other cards on the table: I think everyone (yes, EVERYONE) is made for some type of creative expression. And giving space to that creative brain, in part, heals us!

So when I say this is a guided workshop that promotes community care and healing, what I mean is that I’m going to tell you exactly how to use the supplies you’re given and walk you through the entire process step by step. Because I truly believe you’re worthy of being seen and walking towards healing. 🌱🎨✨🤍
