Augusta Chronicle’s Cyber City’s Best 2024 Award Ceremony!!
This was SUCH a fun night shared with the amazing people I get to work with andddd we won for Best Yoga!!!🍾💖 I am still so ecstatic and always so grateful to (Michelle & Dan) for giving me the opportunity to teach yoga in the most calming of places — the salt cave! This holiday season has been a crazy one for sure! This is always a busy time of year, but it has felt extra busy this year! Maybe a little overwhelming at times, but it’s also been so wonderful having so much to do with so many people I love and care about! Definitely feeling the holiday cheer❤️

Ready to hop onto the swing and teach in about an hour!
It’s been a few months now that I’ve been teaching aerial and I am looooving it!! Just getting to see people have fun, learn a new form of trusting themselves, and do something they’ve (for the newbies) have never done before! Classes seem to just fly by with all the fun being had, you just can’t beat it!

Okay and now I have to go change and get ready to head to class! Hope everyone has had a fabulous day!🙏🏻
