Amy is our April Employee Spotlight 💡- Check her out!
Amy has been a valued member of SSC for an impressive 24 years. In her role as a float team member, she brings versatility, experience, and a positive attitude to everything she does. No two days are ever the same—whether she’s working in referrals, covering the front desk, or assisting in medical records, each day is a new adventure. Her ability to adapt and step in wherever needed makes her an essential part of the SSC team.
Her dedication to our patients shines through in every interaction. She supports them by being mindful, respectful, and a great communicator—always taking the time to listen and ensure they feel cared for. As a teammate, Amy shows up each day with a can-do attitude and a good sense of humor, helping to create a positive and collaborative work environment.
What she enjoys most about her job is the flexibility it offers, the constant opportunity to learn new things, and the chance to work alongside a great group of people. Outside of work, she’s all about the sunshine. A true lover of the outdoors, warm weather, and summertime, she thrives when she can be out enjoying the sun. ☀️

She has a unique gift for making people feel at ease, and her genuine, caring nature shines through in every interaction, especially with our patients, who love her sincerity and warmth. Her presence instantly lifts the atmosphere, and staff across SSC are always thrilled to hear that Amy will be assisting at their site.
Whether she’s helping patients navigate appointments or discussing financial matters, Amy approaches every conversation with kindness, patience, and understanding. She’s not only a joy to work with but also a true team player who makes everyone’s day a little brighter, including mine. As her manager, I can confidently say that Amy makes my job easy.
