Quick reminder about the Almost Free Consult Group.

Our next group meets this Wednesday, 1/28, from 12:00–1:30 PM.

The January group is 100% free. Use the code 'JANFREE' when signing up.

The group is always free for interns and graduate students. Use the code 'INTERN'.

Starting in February, the group will be $20, and all proceeds go directly to the work we’re doing at RCC Access, our nonprofit community and training clinic here in Charlotte, NC.

If you’re looking for a supportive, low-pressure space to consult, process cases, and connect with other clinicians, we’d love to have you.

The Almost Free Consult Group for Therapists is launching through RCC Access.

This is a low cost, virtual consult space designed to support connection, reflection, and shared clinical thinking among therapists. The group is intentionally accessible and community focused.

🗓 Every other Wednesday at 12:00 PM, starting 1/14
⏱ 90 minutes
👥 Capped at 15 participants

January sessions are completely free as the group gets up and running.

✨ Now Accepting Referrals at RCC Access ✨

We’re excited to share that RCC Access is now accepting referrals and welcoming our first group of clinical interns.

RCC Access is a community and training program designed to increase access to affordable, high-quality therapy while also supporting the growth and development of emerging clinicians through close supervision and mentorship.

Services are available for individuals, couples, and families. In-person services are offered in our East Independence office, with virtual services available across North Carolina and South Carolina.

If you’re a provider, organization, or community partner looking for a referral option for clients who may need lower-cost services, we’d love to connect.

Big news from RCC Access!

We are excited to share that we’re launching The (Almost) Free Consult Group for Therapists, a supportive space for reflection, connection, and growth.

This twice-monthly virtual group offers therapists a place to discuss cases, share insights, and build community. We’ll also welcome guest facilitators who bring specialized experience working with different populations, including couples, families, trauma survivors, and marginalized communities.

✨ January is completely free as we shape and refine the group.
Starting in February:
💬 $15 per session
🌿 $45 per month for unlimited access (includes all consult sessions plus additional RCC Access trainings and guest-led workshops)

All proceeds help support the RCC Access Community and Training Program, which funds affordable therapy and training opportunities for emerging clinicians.
