I am passionate about helping people take simple steps toward a healthy lifestyle and business. I have been battling fibromyalgia for over 25 years.

I have always tried to manage my symptoms and support my immune system through supplements and natural means while avoiding medications whenever possible, but I continued to struggle tremendously. In late 2013 I lost my former business and moved to Heritage Makers in early 2014. HM had partnered with Youngevity, a health and wellness company, just a few months prior. I wasn’t planning on taking their supplements, because I figured they were no different from anything else I’ve tried. But after hearing many amazing testimonies by people I knew who came over from my former company with me, I decided to give the Youngevity supplements a try and see if they might work. However, I was doubtful and didn’t share with folks what I was doing at the time. To my surprise, I felt better and saw improvements in my health very quickly! After only six months on the supplements, I can honestly say that my body has been healing, and I’ve reversed a number of my major issues in a very short time. It’s astounded how quickly I’m improving. I feel like I’m getting my life back!! These supplements are different from anything I’ve taken before. Don’t get me wrong… supplements themselves do not heal. However, when we give the body what it needs to work properly (raw materials), it will heal itself. It’s how God designed us. I don’t have to tell my hand to heal itself when I get a cut or a burn. I am feeding my body the 90 essentials daily, avoiding the “bad foods”, and letting my body do the rest. How simple is that! I am excited and love sharing with people how they, too, can overcome health challenges (or stay healthy) through scientifically-based, clinically verified, medical nutrition.

The CDC says older adults and people who have severe underlying chronic medical conditions like heart or lung disease or diabetes seem to be at higher risk for developing more serious complications from COVID-19 illness. It would be prudent to use beta glucan following the label instructions to help support the immune system.
