🌿This class follows the Bikram Method of Yoga in a heated room at 105°. You’ll move through 25 Hatha postures in a set sequence-with no flows, just intentional, mindful holds.
Ideal for both beginners and experienced yogis, this class is designed to strengthen and stretch while cultivating patience and focus. Each posture is held for 30 to 60 seconds, allowing time to deepen alignment and breath. Think of it as the foundation and medicine for all other yoga styles-simple, powerful, and restorative.
