After feeling under the weather for two days & spending some QT resting, I felt creaky & stiff... I rolled out my mat this morning & just let my body move intuitively. Never once have I regretted dropping on to my mat & dropping into a flow!

But here’s the deal: you DON’T have to be flexible to do yoga, because every BODY has the ability to move, open, and change. So let’s make a deal to not use this excuse any more. ☀️Deal? When I don’t feel like showing up to my yoga practice, the one thing that helps me is putting on a favorite song loudly, and just dropping into a balance pose like half moon! Because there are days, let me tell you, that I really don’t feel like it. But if I can just get started I always feel better afterwards. What something that helps you get up and moving when you aren’t feeling up for it?
