Postpartum Peeps: who would be interested in attending a circle for sharing positive birth stories? Or a circle for processing traumatic birth stories together? If you want t this I'd be happy to facilitate either or both of these groups some time this spring for free. We would meet at the Relay Active yoga studio at Dairy Market date/time TBD. Labor Support Partner Prep Workshop
Friday, January 30th at 5:30pm.

These workshops prepare your birth partner with a toolkit for supporting you through labor and delivery. We review the anatomy/physiology of birth, cornerstones of labor and how your partner can plug into each of these as you move through the stages of birthing. I share a list of effective comfort measures and we practice hands-on counterpressure for pain management and spinning babies techniques to help optimize fetal positioning.

Perfect for people 35+weeks. Please share with couples that may be interested. Thanks!! ☺️

I'm thinking of moving our class times beginning mid-January so that new times for Prenatal would be 11:30-12:45 and mama+baby would be 1-2:15. I need to decide by next week. If you're seeing this and you have or do or plan to participate in my classes will you please share feedback with me, help me deliberate?

A new grandma wrote this morning to purchase classes for the new mama & baby. She said, “My daughter has loved the prenatal classes she just did with you….She really really got so much out of it and a lot of it helped her out significantly in labor and delivery.” What a lovely note to wake up to! Looking forward to classes later today, and to meeting these tiny humans when they’re ready to bring their mamas back to the mat. ❤️
