Tameryn Campbell, President & CEO, Masonic Health System, parent corporation of Overlook Visiting Nurse Association, Inc. (OVNA), located in Charlton, MA, is pleased to announce, beginning August 28, 2025, OVNA will transition its home health and hospice operations to Care Central VNA & Hospice, Inc. (CCNVA), with locations in Webster, Gardner and Greenfield, MA.

This arrangement brings together two trusted, not-for-profit providers who share a commitment to deliver compassionate, high-quality care across Central and Western Massachusetts.

With this transition OVNA is pleased to share, CCVNA will be accepting the transfer of care for OVNA’s home health and hospice patients, ensuring their services continue without interruption. OVNA and CCVNA have dedicated a transition team to transfer care plans, coordinate with physicians, and maintain each patient’s established schedule and support network.

We are equally proud that many of OVNA’s compassionate and skilled caregivers will continue their important work with CCVNA, ensuring a seamless experience for patients and families. OVNA Team Members bring with them a deep commitment to their patients and will continue serving the same patients and service areas to preserve continuity and trust.
