This was the moment.
I had just seen a couple clients and friends connected to Mary, and as they were walking toward me, there was this light. I can’t explain it any other way. It felt like she was there.
For those who don’t know, I walked Mary through her cancer journey. Through the strength days. The breathwork days. The days that felt impossible.
And we lost her.
Standing here, seeing her people, feeling that warmth in the middle of winter… it hit me.
I care so much about the people in my classes. About the women I coach. About you doing everything you can while you can.
Life is so short.
We think we have time.
We think we’ll start next month.
We think we’ll take better care of ourselves “soon.”
But soon isn’t promised.
That’s why I push you.
That’s why I remind you to lift, to move, to breathe, to eat well, to show up.
Not because aesthetics matter.
Because you matter.
Your strength matters.
Your health matters.
Your presence here matters.
I cried in front of my whole class that day.
Not because I was overwhelmed.
But because this work is personal.
And if you’re in my world, just know , I don’t take that lightly.
Do what you can.
While you can.
You are needed here ❤️
