Just completed my Masters Degree in Strength and Conditioning and honestly am so proud! The first thing I did was exercise since unfortunately school requires a lot of sitting 😂❤️

Contrary to popular belief, no pain = gains!! 😁It does not have to burn, ache, or get real sore to qualify as an effective workout.
