One of the worst things you can do on your journey?

👉 Comparison. đŸ«Ł

Although it's normal because baby i’ve been there, scrolling, doubting myself, feeling like I’m not doing enough or not as good as “her.” And honestly? I still get imposter syndrome more than I’d like to admit.

But here’s what I’ve learned: comparison steals your joy, your progress, and your energy. The only person you need to measure yourself against is who you were yesterday.

Every journey looks different. Some move faster, some slower but all that matters is that you keep moving. 💛

So if you’re feeling stuck, behind, or like you don’t measure up
 pause, breathe, and remind yourself:
đŸŒ· You’re allowed to grow at your own pace.
đŸŒ· Your worth isn’t defined by anyone else’s highlight reel.
đŸŒ· You’re already further than you think.

Keep blooming, one step at a time. 🌿

Although I believe tracking macros can be super beneficial it really shows you how much food your body actually needs (and everyone’s needs are different!) I also know it’s not the right step for everyone. Some of us just aren’t ready for it yet, or maybe we’ve experienced food struggles and trauma in the past (I’ve been there too 💛).

That’s why I give my girls options. Some will send me their meal plan, some share photos of their meal prep, and others just snap pictures of what they eat throughout the day or week. This gives us a chance to really dive into their habits and lets me give them honest, supportive feedback.

And do you know what I’ve found? A lot of women who come into my world are actually under-eating. 😳 Ooooh baby girl
not in the Bloom community. Here, we are well-fed and still making strides in our fitness journeys. 🌾đŸ’Ș

I saw someone post this from a book.

“Working out will make you feel weak, when it’s actually making you stronger.
Learning new things will make you feel dumb, when it’s actually making you smarter.
Investing in yourself will make you feel broke, when it’s actually making you rich.
Facing your fears will make you feel terrified, when it’s actually making you braver.”

And here’s the thing

Growth rarely feels like growth while you’re in it.(TRUST ME, I feel it)
It feels uncomfortable. Messy. Awkward. Sometimes it even feels like you’re failing.
But those moments? They’re the proof you’re leveling up.

So keep going.
Do the reps.
Ask the questions.
Make the sacrifices.
Take the leap.

Because one day, you’ll look back and realize

the hard parts were actually the becoming parts. đŸ’Ș✹

Enjoy your weekend and drink some water/ get some sunlight baby..

Hard truth
. You don’t need:

❌ A new workout every time you see someone post theirs on IG
❌ The latest trending program just because it looks “fun”
❌ A reset every Monday because you “fell off”

You do need:
✅ A plan you follow for longer than 3 weeks
✅ To repeat the boring basics until they’re automatic
✅ To trust the process even when it feels slow

Stop program hopping.
Every time you switch plans, you restart the clock on your results.
Muscle growth? Fat loss? Strength?
They all take time.

Changing your program every time you’re impatient is like digging up seeds to check if they’ve grown yet. đŸŒ±
Stick with it long enough to earn the results you’re chasing.

The people you admire aren’t doing magic they’re just consistent, disciplined, and patient.
You can be too. Dm if you need help, my community has room for you..

❌ “I went out with friends, I ate too much. I guess I need to punish myself and cut back on food today and do extra cardio
”

No. No, you don’t.

One meal or one night out doesn’t undo weeks, months, or years of progress just like one salad doesn’t make you instantly healthy.
Your body isn’t keeping score waiting for you to mess up.

Here’s the truth:
⚡ You don’t need to earn your food.
⚡ You don’t need to punish yourself for enjoying life.
⚡ You can have goals and still make memories.

The all-or-nothing cycle (“I messed up, so now I have to overcompensate”) is exactly what keeps people stuck.
Instead, just get back to your normal routine eat your next meal like you planned, drink some water, move your body in a way that feels good, and move on.

Progress is built from consistency, not perfection.
And you deserve to live a life where food isn’t the enemy, your body isn’t a punishment project, and joy isn’t something you feel guilty about.

Enjoy the meal. Enjoy the people you shared it with. And keep going. đŸŒ±

Some people see a mirror. I see a battle I’ve learned to stop fighting. đŸ’ȘđŸŒđŸȘž

There was a time when this reflection would’ve torn me apart.
Not totally because of how I looked although that played a role in my mind
But really because of what I believed about myself.

I’ve been through it ALL

→ Years of restriction
→ Seasons of binge eating
→ And everything in between.
Add in motherhood, postpartum body changes, hormone shifts, emotional eating, and the pressure to “bounce back” and it’s a perfect storm of confusion and self-doubt.

But healing is not linear.
It’s messy, raw, beautiful work.
And I’ve done it. I’m still doing it.

The gym? It’s more than a space to lift weights.
It’s where I found myself again.
It’s where I stopped punishing my body and started fueling it.
It’s where I show my kids what strength looks like inside and out.

I don’t chase skinny.
I don’t chase “perfect.”
I chase peace.
I chase energy.
I chase the ability to carry my children and their children on my back.
I chase being present, not just physically
 but mentally.

So if you’re struggling whether you’re a mom, someone in recovery, or someone just trying to make peace with your body, baby please know this:

You’re not alone.
You’re not too far gone.
And it’s not too late to choose differently. đŸ«¶đŸŒ

Your journey matters.
And it’s okay if today looks like a messy middle. Just keep showing up.
đŸŒ± If you need support my Commuity has room. Dm me.

Friendly Sunday nudge from your coach đŸ«¶

You don’t need to do everything, but don’t do nothing that doesn’t align with your goals.
Pick one thing today that future you will thank you for:
→ A walk
→ A water refill
→ A quick stretch
→ Logging your meals

✹ It all counts.
✹ It all adds up.
✹ And it’s always worth it.

This journey isn’t about being perfect it’s about showing up, especially on the days when it would be easier not to.
So take the small step. Honor your goals. And know that I’m right here cheering you on.
I can’t wait for check-in calls this week 😘
You got this baby, let’s bloom into the week together đŸŒ±

Confidence doesn’t come easy for some.

It sure as heck hasn’t for me..

But baby girl, I building it

I’ve always been strong-willed.
If I don’t know how to do something, I’ll figure it out.
If I fail, I’ll try again
 and again
 and again đŸ€Ł

But feeling confident in my body, in my voice, in new spaces that’s something I had to grow into.

It didn’t happen overnight.
It came from showing up when I didn’t feel ready.
It came from conversations with clients where I realized we all carry insecurities.
It came from working on myself — physically, emotionally, mentally.

And this doesn’t mean I don’t still have days where doubt creeps in.
There are days I feel off, unsure, or just not “on.”
But now I see those moments for what they are: temporary.
They don’t define me anymore.

Here’s what’s helped me embrace confidence from the inside out:
✹ Stop comparing your journey to someone else’s. No one is on your exact path.
✹ Remind yourself daily: there is no one else like you. Your energy, your story, your heart that’s your superpower.
✹ Practice showing up as you not the version you think people want.
✹ Be kind to yourself when you’re learning or growing. Confidence is built with compassion, not criticism.
✹ Don’t wait until you “feel ready.” Action builds confidence, not perfection.

The older I get, the more I realize that confidence isn’t about being loud or flawless it’s about being at peace with who you are.

So keep showing up. Keep working on yourself. Keep embracing your journey.
Because the world doesn’t need a more polished version of you, it needs the real you. 💛

Love you, mean it.

Gym Anxiety to Empowerment đŸ’ȘđŸŒ
Had a heart-to-heart call with a client this week and let me tell you did it take me right back to my own beginning.

She said, “I feel so intimidated at the gym
like everyone’s watching me. I don’t want to look stupid or like I don’t belong.”

And honestly? That hit home. Because I remember those feelings too.

If you’ve ever stepped into a gym and felt nervous, awkward, or completely out of place you’re not alone. So many of us have walked in those same shoes.

I reminded her:
âžĄïž You’re not there to impress anyone.
âžĄïž Most people are way too focused on their own workout to be watching yours.
âžĄïž And anyone who is watching? They started somewhere too. You belong just as much as they do.

We came up with a game plan, one that gave her structure, confidence, and permission to start small.

Later that day, she messaged me:
“I did it. I was nervous but I stayed. I finished my workout. I feel so proud.”

👏 THAT is what progress looks like.
Not just physical gains, but mental shifts.
Confidence doesn’t just show up, it’s built.
One rep at a time. One step outside your comfort zone. One brave moment after another.

You belong in any room you walk into, especially the gym.

I started seeing real change in my body and mind when I stopped thinking I had to do everything perfectly and just focused on starting.

When I have a client first starting out, this is something we focus on.
Because so many people come to me the way I was when I started my own journey

Thinking you have to spend hours in the gym, cut out all your favorite foods, and basically starve yourself to see results. đŸ«Ł

But honey, you don’t have to do that.
And I’ve got client results and my own to prove it. đŸ™ŒđŸœ

✹ You don’t need to do it all.
✹ You just need to start.
✹ Small, consistent changes = real, lasting results.

Start with a walk. A better breakfast. Drinking more water. Moving your body with intention.
That’s where the magic begins.

“And the day came when the risk to remain tight in a bud was more painful than the risk it took to blossom.”
AnaĂŻs Nin

This isn’t just about me.
It’s about every woman I coach who’s pushing through exhaustion, self-doubt, and the chaos of everyday life yet still finds a way to show up.

The mama who works full-time, gets 5 hours of sleep, and still laces up for a 6AM workout.
The client who said “I’ve never been strong” and now deadlifts more than she ever dreamed.
The woman who’s healing mentally, physically, emotionally and still shows up for herself in the mess.

That’s the bloom.
That’s the beauty of this work.
It’s not always pretty. But it’s always powerful.

You’re not just lifting weights you’re lifting limits.
Keep showing up. You’re becoming the woman you used to pray for. đŸŒ±âœš
