This one hits a little close to home. Rejection Sensitive Dysphoria, a term often associated with ADHD/ADD and the neurodivergent brain, seems to fit the CPTSD/trauma brain as well. Key symptoms include intense emotional reactions/responses to real or perceived rejection, criticism or failure. If this is you — just know you are not alone!! Gentle hugs 🫂.
