Let’s talk about grounding 🌿

It might sound a little “woo” at first—but the science is catching up. Grounding simply means connecting your bare skin (usually your feet) to the earth.

And yes—it really can help you feel better.

Research shows grounding may help:

✔ Ease inflammation
✔ Reduce stress hormones
✔ Improve sleep and circadian rhythm

So why does it work?
Your body runs on electrical signals—your brain, heart, and even your hormones rely on them.
The earth has a gentle negative charge, and when we connect to it, that charge might help rebalance our internal systems.

• Walking barefoot on grass or sand
• Standing on concrete with bare feet
• Taking your morning tea on the porch with bare feet touching the ground

I prophesy right now the fire to come into your bones. Life and resurrection to the dry places of your valley. The confusion is leaving, the hurt is leaving , the healing has begun! God is moving in the secret places. The oil from Heaven is saturating. The wind of God is blowing!

I came to prophesy to the dry bones that have lost their joy. The bones that have been hurt. The bones that have been mistreated, the ones that have been lied on. To the bones that have been discouraged and beaten down. I am prophesying to the bones that forgot how to dream. Bones that have settled for mediocrity. I came to prophesy and declare to you with prophetic authority, "It is not over! You will laugh again! You will dream again! You will love again! You will sing again, You will dance again!"
