I have over 20 years of experience in alternative health care, including training in neuromuscular therapy, deep tissue massage, sport's rehabilitation, pregnancy massage, and Polarity therapy. By combining varying techniques in each session, I pay particular attention to the subtleties of the mind/body system. This creates a nourishing atmosphere for my clients during their massage and it also allows me to effectively address their specific issues long term.
