Our book club is a way to be more than just an armchair seeker. In each series of four sessions we read and experience different books and podcasts. The first session will focus on how we perceive ourselves and our world, the second on moving energy. The third session will be worldview and it all works behind the scenes, and the fourth of each series will be a selection to inform your personal vibrant, fully aligned practice.

We’re in this for more than just reading and thinking, you’ll get the most out of it coming to all four meetings and by doing the practices that come with each topic.

The books and topics in each series have been carefully selected to be informative, spark growth, and not tightly tied to any specific tradition.
