Hi all!
It is official- VH Counseling, LLC is a thing! Of course, this only comes with small changes but it is an exciting step in my role as a therapist and a change maker. I am lucky enough to be highly involved in each individual's recovery process due to working for myself.
I guess this is a good time to introduce myself. My name is Victoria Heifet. I have my Masters in Social work and have been in the field for 5+ years. I currently hold a License in Clinical Social Work (LCSW) and License in Clinical Drug and Alcohol Counseling (LCADC) in the state of New Jersey. I work with individuals age 11+ seeing them anywhere from 1-2 times each week. I pride myself in the ability to make people feel comfortable and supported while challenging and changing the parts that they see fit!
If you or anyone you know in New Jersey is looking for a therapist-send them my way! I currently take Aetna, Cigna, United Healthcare, Oxford and Oscar insurances. I offer sliding scale for those uninsured or out of network.
