Conference Speaker Highlight:

Nicole Shaw is a wife and mother of five, ages twenty-four down to nine years of age. Nicole is a biracial woman who lost her identity at the age of seven years old. Through recognition and healing she was able to heal and continues to do so; knowing she wanted to make a change not only with the cycle that was on repeat in her family, but also use her story to help others overcome as well!

Nicole and her husband Dennis founded SheWorth. A nonprofit that focuses not only empowering females of all ages, but helping them understand one another to strengthen relationships with self, others, and spiritually.

Nicole holds a certificate in Leadership and Biblical Studies and Evangelism. She has over 16 years of experience working with the youth in areas that include: transportation, foster care, mainstream and multiple needs students in the school district. Nicole is on the School Board in her own district and volunteers every week teaching the “Mind and Body” class in after school program.

“Relationships and communication are so important in life. Looking in the mirror and realizing what we need in order to grow, is one of the most important views we need to SEE. Does the circle of individuals in your life have you running in circles or are they wheels helping to drive you forward?”

She is also a published author of 2 books entitled “40 Days of Transformation” and “ Result of My Praise”! With a Passion to Empower Women Everywhere she goes, Evangelist Tiffany is also a licensed Christian Life Coach. As a Christian life Coach, Evangelist Tiffany Montgomery truly believes that helping others move past a place of fear will help them discover their destiny and reach God's Purpose for their lives!
