Stepping out of the office for a bit—and feeling genuinely excited about it.

I love my clinical work, and I’m deeply committed to continually learning and stretching myself to best support my clients. Taking time to build new skills isn’t a pause from the work—it is the work.

There’s always more to learn, and something truly exhilarating about beginning a new process, staying curious, and refining how I show up for the people I serve. Grateful for the growth, the challenge, and the opportunity to keep evolving.

This week we’ll be focusing on something so many new moms quietly struggle with: regulating emotions while feeling exhausted and overwhelmed. You are not alone, and you don’t have to carry it all by yourself.

Come as you are — messy bun, tired eyes, and all. This is a gentle space to breathe, connect, share, and feel supported by other moms who truly get it. 💛

Spent my morning at The Climb, a beautiful event hosted by Postpartum Support International to raise awareness for perinatal mental health. 💛

It was moving to stand with others — survivors, supporters, and families — all united to say: you are not alone, and you are not to blame.

So grateful for this space of healing, hope, and community. If you or someone you love is struggling during pregnancy or postpartum, please know there’s support out there. 🤝
