Last night we just wrapped up our final session of the Mind Gym – Triple Play Program for youth athletes hosted at The One Training!
These are mini-sessions with small groups, where young athletes gained powerful tools to boost their mental game. They learned to regulate their emotions to remain balanced during high-pressure moments, visualize success to improve focus, and mentally prepare for handling tough situations with resilience.
This program has been a great journey in mental training, helping each athlete bring more confidence, composure, and focus to their sport.
