How you talk to yourself matters. 💫

Do you suffer from embarrassment-replay syndrome?

Trust me… been there!!

But here’s the thing… leaning into that not only increases your anxiety, but it doesn’t set you up for long-term success.

Self-flagellation is a learned trait. We feel we deserve to beat ourselves up when we make a mistake. 😮‍💨

But guess what?

We make mistakes because we’re human 🙋‍♀️… and the difference between a winner and an embarrassment-stewer is this: winners reframe negative thoughts and insist on learning and moving on. 🏆

Stewing in the aftermath of little mistakes only prolongs the anxiety-inducing stress from the initial event.

A person with a winning mindset is someone who takes a look at the reality of the situation, gives themselves a little grace (and maybe even a chuckle 😅), and moves the hell on. 🏃🏻‍♀️💨

POV: you’re a GenX-er in an 80s/ABBA themed Yoga Sculpt class, living your best freakin’ life. 🥳💖🧘🏼‍♀️🎶

Yesterday’s theme class at was so much fun — I’m a huge ABBA fan, so singing along in downward dog was a real treat!

It was a PACKED class made up of half 40/50-year-old moms 🙋‍♀️ and the other half gorgeous young GenZ girls in matching sets 💅🏼 who couldn’t figure out why us mid-life ladies were all singing at the top of our lungs. 😂🎤

Ever since I started this account — when it was originally NYCfitfam — my favorite thing to do is bring people together in community around fitness & wellness. When given the chance to show up and participate when someone else does this is always my pleasure, & a true delight. Thank you for holding space for us in fun & flow!! 🧘🏼‍♀️🎶

In the mornings, George and I do our prayers, affirmations, gratitude check-ins, and meditations.

We do a few readings from our daily reflections books, and each pick cards from our inspirational card decks.

Often times, Asher wakes up while we’re doing it, and comes downstairs to join us. 😊

It’s never too early to instill healthy habits around personal & spiritual growth.

Grateful to have a family that is aligned in our vibe. ✨☁️ We strive to lead by example, and it’s important to us to walk our walk and talk our talk. 👣

What’s your morning spiritual routine like?

The past few days I was reminded of some powerful lessons about family.

Amidst the usual frenetic pace of life, we held space. We made time. We showed up.

I’ll be honest: The version of me from even one year ago would have looked at this as a chore.

I had QVC hits Saturday morning and Sunday evening. Nevertheless, we hopped in our car Saturday afternoon and drove the 3.5 hours to CT to make time for dinner with my Dad and brunch the following day to celebrate George’s mom’s 89th birthday.

On Friday, Asher had his school concert. Instead of fretting about how many work calls I was “missing,” we gleefully showed up and were 1000% present, focused on nothing but the joy of children’s singing voices.

The coolest thing is to realize the shift.

It’s ok to go through phases where your priorities get skewed… we’re all human. Plus, it makes it that much more poignant when you return to center.

Gratitude is the name of the game. On our drive home Sunday afternoon, we took time as a family to acknowledge - and REALLY sit in - our gratitude…

…gratitude for having family to celebrate. For the ability to hop in our car and make the trip. Gratitude for each other.

I made sure to tell the kids I was grateful for their awesome behavior throughout the weekend — so often we only tell our kids when they’ve done something wrong. It’s important to tell them when they’re doing it all right.

Same goes for the grown-ups.

Celebrate the small victories today. Celebrate the little things. The tiny truths that make up the bigger picture.

If no one’s told you today, I’m grateful for YOU. We are all a family on here — and I appreciate you for being you, on your own journey, trudging your personal path, adjacent to mine.

Happy Monday friends. Grateful to have woken up today, and to see the world through a lens of victory & blessings. 🏆❤️

The sun is shining and y’all are buying!! 🛍️ Come along with me for a morning on the air at !!

Ever since I changed from apparel to tech nearly two years ago, there is never a dull moment. Every day is a different adventure, and it’s so much fun. I do most of my set-up myself, so it’s hands-on and challenging in a way I love. I always say, “if your job doesn’t challenge you, it’s time to get a new job.”

Today I’m selling the Bolsetta RFID Blocking Magnetic Pouch (Item # E327933), which clips onto your waistband for hands-free living while keeping you safe from digital pick-pockets. 💳🔐

Forever grateful for this fun job. I do a lots of things as a soloprenuer, from podcasting to coaching to keynote speaking and beyond, but QVC will always bring a smile to my face. 😊

What are you up to today?

My episode of Perfectly Packed dropped this morning on … head over to plus.qvc.com to check it out!

We had so much fun turning our spring break at casa de mama in Palm Beach into an opportunity to share some of my favorite QVC products to make packing & traveling a breeze. ☺️☀️🌴🧳☁️

I loved using the Leather Weekender bag to pack with style, and the Compression Packing Cubes and the Luxe Matte Mini Jewelry Pouch to organize. I wore my Reversible Sun Hat with my Caftan for all my fun in the sun.

It was a great trip, made even greater because I felt comfy, stylish, and organized. Head over to QVC+ HSN+ to check out the full video with all items linked on QVC.com.

And of course… thanks to my fabulous camera man and on-location full production team: 🎥❤️

In my soccer mom era. ⚽️🫡

No place I’d rather be… George and I went to our 10am spiritual recovery meeting, now it’s time for Asher’s noon soccer game, followed by brunch with both boys at our favorite spot …

Never in my wildest dreams did I envision a life so perfect. Yelling (politely 😂) from the sidelines, smelling cut grass, perfectly in my element.

It is simple.
It is perfect.
It is enough.

And might I add…

A big part of the reason this is so ideal is because of the man you see when you 👉🏼swipe to the second frame…

My 50/50 co-pilot. My partner.
Kissing boo boos.
Making lunches.
Pulling up soccer socks over sweaty feet. (*a true Olympic sport in its own right 😅🥵)

Grateful for my little life that feels so dang big. It is is an honor to get to be the Mom of this family. 😊💐

Happy 4 year House-a-versery to our home!! 🏠🎉🥳

We love our home in a way that’s hard to describe… it’s not just a house. It’s part of the fabric of our soul.

George and I walk around all day and shout playfully back and forth to each other: “hey babe … have I mentioned recently how much I love our house?”

To which the other replies: “not in the last 5 minutes… tell me again. 😍”

I often walk from room to room, lovingly running my hand along the banister, the door handles, the windows… this house represents so much more than four walls.

It represents our hopes and dreams coming true.
It represents all of our risks & efforts, paying off.
It represents that manifestation works.

It represents the space that will allow all of this and more to be passed along to our children as we raise them underneath this roof.

We are so dang grateful that four years ago, this house became OURS. There’s truly no better feeling on the planet than waking up everyday safe & sound inside these walls, next to each other. ☺️

✨✨✨

Thank you for getting the deal done four years ago… without you, none of this would be a reality!! 🏠🥰

Thank you to for building us the backyard of our dreams.

Thank you for providing the sauna & cold plunge to keep our bodies in gear.

Thank you to for filling the house with the most wonderful kind of love in the form of our Bernadoodle, Bodhi.

And thank you to all of YOU… for following along on our adventures along the way. 🙌🏼🤍

“Mom… tonight was the best night ever.”

The moment Mason looked up at me and said these words last night, my heart literally burst into happy tears.

I spent years chasing high highs.
Glamour, nightlife, debauchery.

Last night was a simple affair… we took a family walk in the nature center across the street from our house, followed by a 6:15pm rez at the hottest ticket in town: Pasta Night at Northbrook Market, the country store and event space across the street from our neighborhood.

So… why was it the best night ever, for both Mason and me?

We were both steeped in gratitude.
No one’s nose was in a device.
Everyone was relaxed and happy.
We were just… together.
(and eating pasta 🍝)

The realization that the little things ARE the big things is perhaps the most profound thing you can learn… whether you’re 10 years old, 45, or 105.

Grateful for another day above the soil.
Grateful for sunshine.
Grateful for my family.
And grateful for pasta.

Oh so grateful for pasta. ☺️❤️

About a decade ago, there was a core group of us burgeoning wellness influencers in Manhattan that would be at every event. 🥳 We would trot around the city, invited by publicists to things like boutique gym openings 💪🏼, premium protein bar launches ✨, yoga with celebrities in fun places like Times Square 🧘🏼‍♀️… you get the drill.

I made some of my best friends during that time, and one of them, was…

💖

If you don’t already know Dr. Rachel, she is the real deal: a clinical psychologist, professor at NYU Grossman School of Medicine, one of Women’s Health’s “Most Inspiring Women to Follow,” a Mental Health Coalition Champion, and a Top 100 Mental Health Influencer. She’s been featured everywhere from The New York Times to CNN — and has even appeared alongside Oprah Winfrey multiple times as an expert panelist.

Truly one of the smartest, warmest, most generous humans I know. 😊❤️

That’s why I’m delighted to share her new book:

✨ When Life Happens: The Mindset Shift You Need to Manage Stress, Build Confidence, and Break Free ✨

Cuz i know better than anyone that life gets messy… 😉

… we get overwhelmed, burned out, stuck in our own heads, and convinced we’re somehow the only one struggling.

This book is such a beautiful reminder that we are not broken — we’re human. And with the right tools, mindset shifts, and self-compassion, we can move through hard things and come out stronger on the other side.

So proud of my brilliant friend for creating something that is equal parts smart, practical, comforting, and empowering. Everyone needs this one on their nightstand. 💛📚
