Sweet potato vs regular potato. Which one is “better”? 🍠🥔

This question keeps coming up with clients, so I made a quick video breaking it all down.

I wanted to highlight a few fun facts about both of them and chat about:
• Glycemic index
• Blood sugar & energy
• Beta-carotene & Vitamin A
• Potassium benefits
• Why BOTH potatoes can fit into a healthy lifestyle

One food is not “good” and the other “bad.”
Different foods simply provide different nutrients and benefits.

The bigger picture always comes back to:

✔ Portion awareness

Food for Thought

Did you know you can eat a kiwi WITH the skin on?! 🥝

I worked with someone who casually started eating a kiwi like an apple and I honestly thought she had lost her mind!

Meanwhile I’m over here with a spoon, excavation equipment, and peeling skills for a fruit the size of a golf ball.

I finally decided to try it. I have never eaten a kiwi any other way since!

So many benefits to leaving the skin on, so I wanted to give some reference as I’m attaching info below on why you may want to stop peeling them!

Just wash it well and go for it. Fuzzy? Yes. Worth it? Also yes. 🥝💗
