Thank you VCU Massey Cancer Center for sharing our upcoming 4th Annual Men's Health Forum. Dr. Jennings and the rest of us are soooooo excited about this event!

Dr. Jennings has been a member of the CAHN family since 2010 as a family physician and serves as our Chief Medical Officer. He enjoys working at CAHN because it allows him to work in the community and impact the health of the population we serve.

He strongly encourages RVA's men to JOIN-THE-FIGHT! for their better health!

Recovery Sunday

Even Jack believed in active recovery. Sundays were for light stretching, deep breathing, and letting the body repair to prepare.

🧘‍♂️ Today’s tip: Try 10 minutes of slow floor stretches and deep belly breaths.
