We’re looking for a Kitchen Manager to join our team here at The Tea Spout in Chesterfield.

If you enjoy cooking and baking, care about using good ingredients, and like making food that people actually get excited about eating, you might feel right at home here. A lot of what we do is wellness-minded, but flavor always comes first.

This role is for someone who likes being in the kitchen, trying new things, and being part of a small team that really cares about what we’re creating and serving every day.

Tea lately at 🫖THE TEA SPOUT:

Denise and Jade had what can only be described as an epic arm wrestling match behind the counter. Despite giving it her all, Denise could not overthrow Jade. Jade remains undefeated… for now.

Meanwhile, our kitchen team is hard at work getting ready to fully roll out the new spring menu. Lots of fresh ideas, new flavors, and things we’re really excited for you to try.

Our Spring Cleaning Clearance is still happening in the gift shop, so if you’ve been meaning to stop in and browse, now is a great time.

And one more thing we’re excited about… live music is coming to the café on Wednesdays. A little midweek music, tea, coffee, and a cozy place to land.

We’re looking for someone who likes being creative in the kitchen and cares about the little details. Someone who enjoys working with good ingredients, trying new ideas, and making food that people feel good about eating.

A lot of what we do is about balance, food that’s nourishing but still really delicious. Think fresh ingredients, wellness-minded recipes, and dishes that people are excited to come back for. On International Women’s Day, we’re feeling especially grateful for the incredible women who show up every day at 🫖 THE TEA SPOUT. The ones who pour the tea, create the drinks, welcome our guests, keep the café running, and fill this space with warmth, laughter, and care.

This little wellness café in Chesterfield is built on their dedication, their creativity, and the way they show up for each other and our community.

Thank you to everyone who came out to our Open House and filled 🫖 THE TEA SPOUT with so much energy, conversation, and community. Seeing so many familiar faces and meeting new ones made the night incredibly special.

Between the spring menu tastings, the laughter, tea tastings, the smiles, mocktail tastings, coffee tastings, live music, local vendors, giveaways, and the Spring Cleaning Clearance in the gift shop, it was everything we hoped it would be and more.
