This young woman noted some asymmetry of her eyelids. The right upper lid was too open (retraction), the left upper lid was too low (ptosis)! After a quick, scarless ptosis repair of the left upper lid, BOTH eyelids AND brows are now more balanced and symmetric! She’s thrilled, I’m thrilled! ✨

Bye bye bags!
Well sort of… This awesome patient was interested in reducing the prominence of her lower eyelid fat pads. The gold standard here is lower eyelid blepharoplasty with some skin resurfacing. BUT, she was not ready for surgery. So just a little, well placed filler did just enough to mask the fat, and improve overall appearance! Eventually, surgery will be needed, but until then, some filler can make a nice difference!
