Benji is also providing virtual visits for anyone who wants guidance supporting their overall well-being during this time. After a short initial appointment with the doctor or PA (also available for telemedicine), these visits will be billed to your insurance, and co-pays will be waived. You will discuss constructive strategies to improve resilience and cope with difficult times. Those who have taken advantage of this service have found these sessions to be productive in organizing their thoughts and efforts amidst an ever growing barrage of information and recommendations.

You will discuss your individual health goals and concerns, then cover various diet and lifestyle factors, and look for opportunities for simple improvements.
This can include regular coaching check-ins, stress and sleep support, therapeutic diets, advanced supplement protocols, mindful eating instruction, shopping guidance, meal prep strategies, and home kitchen optimization.
Benji is very approachable and does not judge or shame you for your lifestyle choices. He will simply work alongside you to help you create positive change that’s convenient, practical, and enjoyable.
