Had a GREAT time this weekend supporting local organizations and teams!! 🥕⚽️

Saturday we were out on the pitch with watching the fellas bring home another W.

And Sunday we were beating the heat under our tent and shade from a nice big tree at the Farmers Market at Hamlin Park.

It’s a great honor and privilege to support and be part of such amazing groups and organizations in our community and we look forward to continuing this all Summer long.

SUMMER IS UPON US!! ☀️ Here are some tips to make sure you’re staying healthy this season…

1. WATER — stay hydrated during very hot days, and be sure to drink 6-8 oz right before bed for optimal retention going into the next day.

2. SPINAL HEALTH — make sure you are getting adjusted regularly to prevent injuries, and keep your spine in a neutral position during all activities.

3. GET SUN — don’t burn, but get plenty of sunshine. Especially in Chicago, here, we only get a few sunny warm months, be sure to take advantage of them by getting outside.
