I offer in therapy in person and online to clients in Illinois. Therapy is an evidence-based practice that is shown to increase well being in clients of all backgrounds. You deserve a safe and accepting space to explore and process what is on your mind with a multiculturally competent counselor.

I emphasize dynamic mental health practices, open communication and kindness in the therapy room.
