People pleasing consciously or uncounsiously, sometimes at the expense of yourself

Seeks understanding/clarity and gets criticism for asking

Is told to get support, then is dismissed as a burden or too much

Is now depressed from all the above

Getting to the third season can bring on its own season of grief, when you realize how much time was been lost, things you're missed out, etc.

Have grace with yourself. You are becoming a version of you that you haven't been before. In this season, you are equip with the skills and knowledge learned from before, that can and help you thrive in the future.

Take one step at a time. Know there are levels. Recovery, Healing, and Thriving is possible!
