I'm excited to share that i have created a partner stretch workshop!

Bestie Stretch is a 90-minute partner stretching workshop rooted in trust, consent, and nervous system regulation. This is not about pushing deeper or performing a stretch — it’s about creating a conversation with the body. Stretching becomes a shared experience of listening, responding, and supporting one another with care.

Designed for mixed levels, this class welcomes couples, friends, or strangers who are open to moving together in a grounded, respectful way. No prior partner stretching experience is required. Every stretch is adaptable, and participation is always guided by clear communication and consent.

This consent-centered, science-based workshop blends simple anatomy education with breath and mindful touch to help you feel safe, supported, and more at home in your body. You’ll explore how gentle assistance — rather than force — can increase mobility, ease tension, and regulate the nervous system.

What to Expect (90 minutes):

Consent & communication practices

Anatomy + movement science basics (Stretching 101)

1 guided breathwork practice

5 self-led stretches

8 supportive partner stretches

3 simple self-massage techniques

When done with intention, partner stretching can improve body awareness, deepen trust, and activate the parasympathetic nervous system — helping you feel grounded, calm, and connected.
